Prior to hire, you will need to submit the following documentation: 

  • Resume 
  • Active RN License 
  • Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association 
  • NIHSS Certification 

Not graduating yet?

We have other options for student nurses currently enrolled in nursing school.

Nurse Extern program: Completed the summer before your senior year (nursing students who graduate within 12 months of program start date). Learn more.
Nurse Tech I Opportunity: Nursing students who have at least one semester of clinical experience or nursing students with an active CNA license in DE.  Learn more.

What You Need to Know

  • Collaborative Learning: Work alongside an experienced nurse preceptor, supported by clinical educators and residency program directors.
  • Cohort-Based Model: Build lasting connections with peers during your 12-month program.
  • Career Progression: After completing the program and your project, you’ll advance to a Clinical Nurse II position, with opportunities to climb the Clinical Ladder to levels III and IV.
